We've had problems with leaves from neighbors' trees clogging up our gutters and downspouts. I was able to clean them with a makeshift pressure washer that I built for a couple of years. However, as the trees grew, so did the amount of leaves until my washer contraption was no longer good enough. A month or so ago, we noticed the AA Gutter Cleaning truck pull up to our neighbor and clear their gutters and downspouts. My wife talked to our neighbor and she told my wife how happy she was with their service and price. So my wife called AA Gutter Cleaning and Dean answered the phone quickly. He was very professional and pleasant and told my wife that his son, Justin, happens to be in the neighborhood and will be on his way over shortly.Sure enough, Justin showed up within an hour and acknowledged that he had worked on our neighbor's gutters and downspouts and quoted us the same labor price. He was very professional and pleasant as well and followed the health guidelines regarding the Corona Virus - a mask, distancing and contactless payment. He explained what he was going to do and what he might suggest after he sees where the problem spots are. He took about two and a half hours on our two-story house then called me. He told me what he saw and what he could do to alleviate our problem with leaves clogging up our gutter system. I took his suggestion. He did not try to oversell us - just enough so that we won't see the problem for a while. I'm not a fan of winter but I'm almost looking forward to the rains and the lack of noise and overflowing gutters. Great price, great value - with very nice people to boot! Kudos to Dean and Justin! We're glad to find another go-to family business...

Excellent service! I put a request in for a quote for our gutters to several companies on Memorial Day and Dean called me within a few hours despite getting ready to go to a BBQ. I appreciated that considering his son, Justin, is a veteran. Justin came out later that week and, after bonding with our black lab service dog, spent a lot time walking me through options for gutter protection. He was wore a mas and practiced social distancing in the time of COVID. His knowledge of the trade, including practices abroad, was impressive. Most importantly, he gave me pros and cons of all options and did not try to sell me the most expensive and was considerate of our budget. His work was efficient and excellent. We opted to have him clean our solar panels, as well. We will definitely be referring our neighbors to Dean and Justin and will be having them do our yearly maintenance for our gutters and solar panels.

I was so happy to have found AA Gutter Cleaning in Pleasant Hills, CA. I first talked to Dean (owner) in the office who was very friendly and then he sent Justin (Dean's son) out to the house. Justin was also very friendly. Justin not only cleaned our gutters but also took down 2 satellite dishes that were no longer being used. I contacted Dean at AA Gutter cleaning with a request for a quote for gutter cleaning on my residence as well as a rental home. I promptly received a quote that was reasonably priced.and was able to schedule the work for this Saturday. Justin arrived at my residence on time and was prepared to go to work. In the course of our conversation I found of Justin was a veteran like myself. As always I am pleased to provide work to a veteran owned company and encourage others to do so also. In addition to being a veteran, Justin did a superb job on both my residence and my rental home. The work and clean up was completed quickly and efficiently.
