Justin was scheduled to come clean our gutters and repair a leak. However, after getting up on the roof and thoroughly inspecting the gutters, he determined that they were rusted out and we were better off having them replaced. I really appreciated his honesty, as he could have just cleaned them and taken our money without saying anything, but he didn't accept a penny from us. His kindness and honesty was very refreshing and is truly how a business should be run. Once we replace our gutters, we will definitely be calling AA Gutter Cleaning for cleaning and maintenance. I am a repeat client of AA Gutter Cleaning having used them in the past for a gutter repair job. This week, Justin reached out with a reminder about my annual cleaning, and I was so happy he did. He came out the following day and cleaned the gutters and my solar panels. To be honest, I had no idea how dirty my solar panels were until I saw the before and after photos. I was so happy to have found AA Gutter Cleaning in Pleasant Hills, CA. I first talked to Dean (owner) in the office who was very friendly and then he sent Justin (Dean's son) out to the house. Justin was also very friendly. Justin not only cleaned our gutters but also took down 2 satellite dishes that were no longer being used.
